Pork Chops And Pineapple Slow Cooker
Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops are a delicious dinner idea, perfect for any day of the week! I love tasty, dump and go recipes like this, especially when they taste this good!
Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops are so tender and the gravy or sauce is absolutely wonderful, especially when served over rice, pasta or even mashed potatoes. I can't help but drizzle some gravy all over the side dish too!
That being said, you definitely don't have to serve these Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes. I don't every time we make this recipe and we make this regularly!
When we were younger we used to serve rice, pasta or mashed potatoes with every meal it seems. Now, definitely not as much. we try and eat as many vegetables as possible. Unfortunately.

How to make Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops
Lightly spray your slow cooker with cooking spray. Sprinkle your onions across the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a medium sized bowl combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, chili sauce or ketchup, can of crushed pineapple and juice, vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes, minced garlic and minced ginger.
If you are cooking more than four pork chops, or your pork chops will not fit across the bottom of your slow cooker place the first or only layer of pork across the bottom of your slow cooker, on top of the onions.
If you have more than one layer of pork chops pour half of the soy mixture over top of the first layer of pork. Then place your remaining pork chops on top. Sprinkle with peppers and pour remaining soy mixture on top. If your pork chops fit across the bottom of your slow cooker and you only have one layer of pork chops sprinkle peppers on top of your pork and pour the soy mixture all over the top of the peppers.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
Turn your slow cooker up to high. Using a spatula remove pork chops from your slow cooker and set aside. In a coffee sized cup stir starch and water until starch is totally dissolved. Add to the soy sauce mixture. and stir until combined.
Once gravy or sauce has thickened return pork to slow cooker and turn it off. I do this to warm up the pork chops while I finish preparing everything else.
Serve pork chops and sauce over rice. Enjoy!
